Summer Conditioning

Tuckahoe Tomahawks Summer Conditioning begins Monday, June 1!

For the first two weeks of June, conditioning is open to all athletes, ages 5-12.

Beginning June 15, athletes ages 5-12 must be registered for the

Tuckahoe Tomahawks 2026 Fall Season to participate.

Sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00–7:30 PM

and Sundays 3:00-4:30 PM.

Athletes should:

•  Bring a (labeled) water bottle - refills available at the field
• Wear comfortable athletic clothing, and athletic shoes.

Parents Must:

• Have Emergency Contact Info completed and verified
• Sign up for Tomahawk Communications
• Check their athlete in with a Tuckahoe Board Member
• 6U/8U Parents must remain at the field
• 10/12U Parents may drop off, please remain in close proximity in case of weather/emergency
