Birth Certificates: An original birth certificate is required for Players. Certificate copies are accepted for Cheerleaders only. Certificates will be collected at uniform handout and returned after the second game.

Mandatory Fundraiser: There is a mandatory $40.00 fuandraiser per "FAMILY" of TYFA football and cheer programs. When registering more than one (1) child only select/pay the fundraiser once.
